RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returning merchandise couldn’t be easier! Please return unworn merchandise to us in its original packaging. The deadline for returning merchandise is 14 days from receipt of your order. To return, you need to email us at dashanova94@gmail.com and then send the item to us.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment and to the same payment card in the amount of the invoice price of the goods.
All buyers must ensure that their return contains their name, address, order number and brief return information. All goods must be sent by registered post. This is also stated on the delivery notice enclosed in the order packaging.
Stock availability
We keep as many items in stock as possible. Therefore, we can fulfill your order quickly, usually within 48 hours.
Shipping to the United States is free of charge.
– We offer combined shipping for multiple items.
– We deliver to both the cardholder’s billing address and your reported address.
Online ordering and your security
The site has a shopping cart. Select the item you need, define the parameters (size/color/quantity/etc.) and add it to the cart. At checkout you will go to the page of choosing the method of delivery and payment, and then to the payment page. Orders are encrypted for your security. We operate on a secure server and never store customer credit card information. We take security seriously. Never include credit card information in emails sent to us.
Prices
– All prices are in American dollars (USD).
Payment
– We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa. We do not store credit card details or share them with third parties.
– Payment via Paypal is available, so you can pay with or without registration via Paypal.
Exchanges/cancellations
New Year’s Eve exchanges are valid for 14 days from receipt of order for all orders placed in November and December.
We offer a standard 14 day return policy starting from the time you receive the item. Please order with caution and contact us if you have any questions about choosing the correct size. We understand that some customers may be purchasing items for their loved ones as surprise gifts and want to check how sizes go with certain designers, please email us about selecting the correct size.
Order Cancellation

– Custom made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, but we do offer rework if necessary.
Orders placed on special offers, promotional prices and discounts are non-refundable, but the customer can exchange the item or receive a credit note for any future orders.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if delivery of the goods is impossible or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order, we are always happy to help. Our exchange and return policy is designed to protect our customers and reduce our costs and therefore our prices.
