What Countries Do You Ship To? Do You Ship Internationally?

We’re shipping parcels to the USA, Canada, and some European countries which include: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

What Shipping Methods Are Available for United States?

Standard delivery around the US is made by USPS.
We can also offer delivery options by UPS, FedEx, or DHL by request.

If you need the item fast or exactly before a certain date, we recommend contacting us before making an order.

What Shipping Methods Are Available for Europe?

Standard delivery to Europe is made by Landmark Global.
We also can ship the parcel to you using USPS, or DHL services by request. If you need the item before a certain date, please, contact us.

How Much Does The Shipping Cost?

You can find the shipping costs while making an order for an item. The shipping cost information will be seen to you after you’ll add the item to a Cart, and enter your address.

How Long Does It Take To Process The Order?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. But as a standard, we need 5-7 business days to create an order, and to ship it to you.

How Do I Know My Order Has Shipped?

After we process the order, we ship it to you. We are always informing about it by sending you the tracking information. We will include the tracking number, the delivery service, and the link to the website where you can track your packages.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard shipping can take for 7-10 business days to the USA and 5-15 business days to Europe.
We also have an option for fast shipping. This type of shipping is a payable service, the cost depends on the delivery country. To know how much will it cost – contact us.
But we also have free fast shipping to the USA for some items that are in stock.
Be aware that before the shipping there is also the process of creating the product which also takes 5-7 business days!
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

What If I Didn't Receive My Order?

First of all, we always recommend contacting your local post office in order to know where is the parcel and to find out the possible reason why it wasn’t delivered. Depending on the reason, we’re deciding this question.

For example, if the buyer missed the time of picking the parcel up, and the parcel was shipped back to us – we can ship it again. But then the buyer is responsible for the shipping back prices.

If there is our fault, we would ship the parcel again and, of course, discuss all the details with you!

Rarely, the parcel can be lost on its way. But this problem should be decided by the post office and we, in turn, will help with everything we can.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

To pay for your order, you need to go to your Cart. And then you’ll see the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to enter your payment information.

How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, you need to add an item that you’d like to buy to your cart. After choosing items, we’d recommend checking if all items and all info is correct. Then you can proceed to checkout.

We make a 15% discount for orders of 5 or more products (but chokers doesn’t count).

What Is The Difference Between Eco And Natural Leather And How Can I Differ Them?

Eco-leather is soft, fits the body very well, and definitely looks great!
The natural leather is dense and sturdy, it has a more authentic look and quality feeling.
We highly recommend only natural leather for fetish/BDSM play, because it is dense and doesn’t stretch.

There is an easy and effective way to check the difference! For that, you’ll need to do a test with fire on the end of the leather strap. The vegan (eco) leather will catch fire in 1.5-2 sec, and it will lose its form immediately. The natural (genuine) leather shouldn’t burn. But be careful, if you continue to fire the strap for more than 5 sec, the leather will start changing its shape and it will twist.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

We don’t usually accept cancellations. But feel free to contact us. We’ll discuss the situation, and will find the best way to solve the issue!

Do You Make Custom Designs or Custom Size?

Yes, we do! If you want a custom design, please, contact me with all the details and any ideas. We will discuss it!

We can also do plus-size or customize the harness to the client’s size. For that, you should write your exact measurements in the personalization section or contact me with that info so we could make a custom order for you.

Sizing Details

Please consult our size chart on the photo to pick the right size. If you’re unsure about the size or want the harness to be customized exactly for you, contact me with your measurements and I’d be happy to accommodate.

We always make our harnesses in accordance with our size chart or your measurements. Every product can be well regulated, so we don’t accept returns because of the size problem, only exchange with the client paying for the shipping in both directions.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policies

According to the EU’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products by contacting the seller within 14 days.

We do returns, exchanges, and refunds in case if there was our fault or any other mistake. We are also not responsible for the work of the third party who delivers parcels.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and needs to provide evidence that the item is shipped back according to laws and our shop policy. We do not refund the shipping cost as well as the 10% of the administrative fee. Please, be aware of that.

If the client has received a harness but made a mistake with something, we discuss it but we are not required to refund the cost of the item as we did our best to deliver.

We can also offer you to go to a local master if none of the above suits you. Please, notify us first if there is any kind of trouble so we could discuss everything beforehand. But be aware that we only refund 20% of the price that the client will pay for making changes to the item from the local master.

Does Your Metal Contain Nickel?

Please, be aware, that the solid metal findings that we use in our items may contain nickel parts in it.
